To support the Sales teams across EMEA to achieve all Sales KPIs.

-  Achievement of Sales Targets as measured by exceeding growth of GST sales and incremental new business value from targeted accounts.

- Establishment of core processes that drive good Governance.

- Implementation and Support of Best Practice Sales Processes and Tools, as part of the Global Sales Transformation Program.

- Efficient Pipeline Management Reporting and inter-company links (Solutions/Delivery/Regional & Corporate Functions)

 

Key responsibilities:

- Creation and Maintenance of all EMEA Sales Management Reports, for the EMEA RBDB.

- EMEA CRM maintenance and accuracy

- Running key Operational Governance Cadence inc:

- Weekly Pipeline review Meetings

- Reporting on KPIs into Global Sales. Ability to act as global focal point when required

- Supporting EMEA RBDB governance requirements into EMEA and Benelux MTs together with formal liaison with Service Lines

- Implementation of Sales Improvement Plans

- Account Planning Program for Focus Accounts

- Strategic Deal Reviews

- Sales Training,

- Compliance to Group guidelines and audit needs

Professional Qualifications

- 6 years + previous experience of Sales Operations

- Experience of high-value CRM implementations

-  Experienced in handling Sales Executives in a business services or IT services environment

-  Knowledge of Sales Trainings and Processes that deliver Best Practice
