The Loan Analyst will be supporting the Loans (and Cash Management teams)  in the provision of a high quality client service, producing service deliverables for a portfolio of clients, including the preparation of data, and acting as the primary day to day contact for the provision of those services, to meet stakeholders’ and client expectations.

 

Duties & responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collect appropriate data from clients and input into database as required     
  • Use specific software programs and maintain databases as required 
  • Respond to various daily queries from Finance Parties including Lenders, Borrowers and their representative
  • Input payments for Loan Services and Cash Management to various Finance Parties
  • Assist the Cash Management team with various tasks as and when requested
  • Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are implemented and adhered to
  • Create and maintain relevant records
  • Disseminate information received from Borrowers for the lenders using online systems where applicable
  • Perform all duties associated the servicing of Loan transactions including but not limited to drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixing and fees

Person Specification

  • A-Level or Degree Qualifications or equivalent
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organise themselves
  • Able to articulate and communicate with clients in a concise and professional manner
