  • Responsible for relationship management, the client experience, consistency, accessibility, growth and quality of service for a portfolio of clients
  • Responsible for the completion of all client-specific aspects of work
  • Provide review and quality control of the work of more junior staff
  • Act as authorized signatory for bank payments and client matters in accordance with signing limits
  • Responsible for all client static data and keeping client and entity profiles updated
  • Responsible for leading the onboarding of new clients as well as exiting clients, where applicable
  • Identify and optimise opportunities for business growth and development from the client portfolio 
  • Ensure client portfolios are administered in compliance with company and group policies and procedures
  • Attend meetings with clients and professional intermediaries, both locally and in other locations as necessary
  • Oversee the incoming and outgoing workflow of the client portfolio
  • Provide technical assistance to other staff
  • Achieve KPI’s in regards to client satisfaction scores, number of complaints, level of chargeability, cash collection and client profitability for the allocated portfolio
  • Good understanding of TMF Group and its products and services
  • Demonstrate an awareness of risk management
  • Meet productivity targets and input timesheet daily
  • Develop existing client and intermediary relationships including seeking opportunities for cross-selling TMF Group products and services

Proactive supervision of junior members of the service team including approval of timesheets, training requests, holiday requests, performance assessments, objective setting and appraisals



  • Category “B” employee
  • Has 3 years relevant experience, AND holds a “Table 4” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC, OR
  • Has 5 years relevant experience, AND holds a “Table 5” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC.  
  • Strong familiarity and practical application of operating Jersey entities in accordance with Jersey company law and other relevant legislation.
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
