Account Manager


Job Purpose:

TMF Capital Market Services focuses on providing management and accounting services to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in ABS, CBO/CDO/CLO, MBS, leasing and other structured finance transactions. As an Account Manager, you will assist in setting up and managing SPVs and with your legal knowledge you will handle all administrative tasks of the assigned SPVs. You work closely together with the Transaction Manager of the assigned SPV.

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed Bachelor degree.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience within business services, e.g. Notary or Law firm.
  • Knowledge of business law and legislation is a plus.
  • Preferably Dutch speaking.
  • Good English verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Legal, Tax and administrative matters.
  • Interest in Financial Capital Markets and financial instruments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence with various authorities, such as banks and advisors regarding the SPV’s.
  • Assist in setting up of SPV’s in close cooperation with notaries and lawyers.
  • Organise and prepare meetings and minutes for the Directors and Shareholders.
  • Preparation of executive and shareholder resolution.
  • Identify any tax or legal problem and contact the relevant parties.
  • Review and comment upon all relevant documents to sign and ensure to documents are signed.
  • Monitor if all obligations in the transaction documentation are executed in time.
  • Data entry in the Client Management System.
  • Invoicing and debt recovery.
