Sales Operations Analyst

The APAC regional sales operations team is a driving force to organizational success, directly impacting all areas of TMF Group. We are seeking an analyst who is passionate about accurate reporting, improving process and making a difference.

The Sales Operations Analyst works closely with the sales operations manager and key stakeholders to foster productivity within the sales team, drive process improvement and influence sales growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor, update and maintain CRM data integrity
  • Provide accurate and timely sales analytics and metrics
  • Research reporting issues and data inconsistencies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects
  • Drive CRM process improvement through design, testing, roll-out and monitoring
  • Establish and maintain on-going effective communication with various internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with other areas of the organization to ensure consistency and standardization
  • Perform commission validation quarterly and data verification
  • Assist CRM training manual documentation
  • Assist in continuous improvements in reporting and data integrity.
  • Manage sales governance across the region in line with Group requirements
  • Update the local sales Regional sales intranet page
  • Provide redundancy for activity completion within the sales operations team
  • Maintains clear framework for compliance and procedures
  • Develop process workflows for process development/improvement
  • Manage internal requests timely and efficiently
  • Work closely with sales to remove internal and external barriers during the sales process
  • Advocate adoption, accountability and communication of sales process tools and policies
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards analysing KPIs and Salesforce effectiveness
  • Encourages innovative ways of working


Key Requirements:

  • At least two years in finance, reporting or analytical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with SQL/database queries
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce a plus
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Exposure to business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
