The focus of this role will be to provide high quality administrative services to a diverse portfolio of private and corporate structures with timeliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering a portfolio of structures with timeliness and efficiency, the diversity and complexity of which will be dependent on the experience and knowledge of the jobholder;
  • Identifying and raising technical issues and potential problems with Line Manager;
  • Undertaking a variety of banking, investment and financial transactions within the limits of the job holders authority;
  • Attending client meetings and prepare clear and concise meeting notes and minutes; and
  • Providing technical assistance to the administrators within the team.

  • Strives for high standards of delivery to clients;
  • Will generate ideas for improvement based on past experience;
  • Is aware of client contracts and what is W.I.P/’Out of Scope’;
  • Communicates (verbally and through written work) information in a clear and concise manner;and
  • Will manage stakeholders’ expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate.

Key knowledge and experience:

  • Category “B” employee
  • Has 3 years relevant experience, AND holds a “Table 4” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC, OR
  • Has 5 years relevant experience, AND holds a “Table 5” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC.  
  • Sound technical knowledge of trust &  corporate administration, investment and tax issues
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
