Global Client Services is a global unit of TMF Group responsible for the management of multi-jurisdictional client contracts. The Client Service Team (CST) is a part of Global Client Services and is responsible for the coordination of non-standard processes required by such contracts.

The purpose of the Client Service Co-ordinator is the management of such processes as invoicing, performance measurement and contract change management via tools required for the management of multi-jurisdictional client contracts. The Client Service Co-ordinator interacts with external clients and internal teams such as Local Offices, Client Service Managers (CSMs), other CST teams and Back Office.

TMF Group in Warsaw is currently looking for a Client Service Co-ordinator to join our Client Service Team within Global Client Services.

Client Service Co-ordinator

Key accountabilities:

  • Handling Clients’ and Client Service Managers’ queries;
  • Arranging with Clients’ and TMF Local Offices changes to contracts;
  • Reviewing and tracking invoices issued by TMF Local Offices before they are sent to Clients;
  • Tracking/monitoring timeliness and quality of services provided by local offices to global clients;
  • Being the first point of contact for Clients’ escalations;
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases/reports.

 Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer support or professional role with providers of global business support services (preferable in professional and financial services);
  • Experience working with contracts and contract governance (billing, contract performance management, change processes, issue management, etc.);
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
