      As Regional Marketing Campaign Manager, you lead on the development and execution of B2B multi-channel lead nurturing BTL campaigns and programs driving brand awareness and lead generation. Your job will be to manage all marketing activities for our North-America region with a strong focus on our Capital Markets services, Fund services and Global Entity Management services speciality groups. From our NY office you will closely work with Specialist Marketers, Regional Sales, and country offices in our global network.

       

      You will report directly into the Head of Regional Marketing Americas and have a virtual reporting line into the Global Marketing Leads for the Capital Markets and Funds practice and Global Entity Management practice.

       

      Key responsibilities

       

      • You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and strive for understanding of the target audience (industry and functions), practices and focus countries
      • Create,  own and execute (hands on) lead nurturing campaigns plus components and content in support of the story we want to get across.
      • Use the customer journey as a guideline on what content in what form or shape is required to take our target audience on a sales journey
      • Identify, contact and negotiate with partners to support access to the campaign target audience.
      • Identify and develop a range of marketing activities which attract the campaign target audience at job function level, fit with our campaign messaging, throughout the year
      • Obtain subject matter expert support from speciality groups for full year plan
      • Measure, analyse and track the campaign component results and adjust where required
      • Own the provided marketing budget while monitoring and tracking spend, ensuring financial control and support the ROI culture through-out the Group Marketing organization
      • Develop marketing plans for the focus countries based on their strategic plan, business priorities and objectives while taking advantage of the Group Marketing deliverables and global and regional campaigns plans
      • Communicate internally the deliverables and results increasing the campaign awareness as well as your personal profile and visibility
      • Act as the brand champion in region ensuring used collateral and brand material is up to standard
      • Team work across borders, functions, practices and cultures

        About you?

         

      • 5-10 years relevant marketing work experience complimented by experience within the financial industry (capital markets / private equity) is required.
      • University degree in marketing, communication or finance
      • Experience in event management, campaign management, demand generation and digital marketing is required.
      • Strong NY based network of partners, suppliers and industry experts
      • Naturally a strong project manager; projects are delivered to objectives, on budget, on message, on time and to quality standards.
      • You are comfortable working within an international commercial matrix.
      • Able to deal with different cultural backgrounds.
      • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages is a plus.
      • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems.
