job purpose

To manage the client relationship and delivery of service to a portfolio of IPT clients, to have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of all client work across the portfolio of clients in line with internal and external deadlines and to a high standard in accordance with Regulations. Develop opportunities within existing Client base and assist with continuous improvement of the service line. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

      Ensure the completion and submission of IPT returns, IPT registrations/de-registrations, and any other country specific reports

      Ensure completion of on-boarding and registration/de-registration processes

      Build a first-rate professional relationship with assigned clients

      Ensure that team deadlines are met in accordance with internal/external requirements

      Provide technical support for filings, sales function and management, with respect to sales process, as and when required

      Improve existing procedures and develop guidelines for return processing

      Liaise with tax authorities on technical issues

      Work with TMF Network offices or sub-contractors

      Support and monitor performance of junior team members

 

 

qualifications & experience

      2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role

      Graduate in a relevant field

      Fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably a second language

      Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

      Fluency in German an advantage, due to large German speaking client base
