Job Purpose:

Manage and ensure execution employee life cycle: supervise administration, recruit, onboard, reward, and guide, develop, exit. Responsible for the quality of the HR Delivery in all location / offices in the country.

Responsible for HR process standardization. Lead the HR function through objectives which are aligned to the long-term business strategy. Deliver a standard set of Core HR Services available to employees and managers. Provide HR Market Head and Country director with key HR data and analytics to support short and long term decision making.

Key Requirements:

  • Execute HR delivery in line with HR Delivery Model, HR strategy and guidance set out by senior management, ensuring sustainable and, where appropriate, profitable results
  • Have basic operational risk management awareness and actively advice and promotes a culture of risk awareness
  • Proactively manage team performance through robust objective setting, delivering constructive feedback and confidently managing under-performance
  • Delegate work through direct reports as appropriate and will empower people to take accountability and achieve results
  • Manage up and down the organisation is a regular feature of role, cascade and escalate of relevant information

 

Interpersonal Skills

  • Fluent in English & Russian
  • Years of experience- at least 2/3 in similar role
  • Has self–awareness and understand the impact they may have on others
  • High level communication skills, able to influence Management and Executive level colleagues
  • Able to tactfully deal with situations should they arise in the immediate team
  • Engage and builds credibility with internally influential individuals
