Job purpose

Unified Communications Team is responsible for the maintenance of the world-wide e-mail environment of the organization, concentrating on Exchange. Given the nature of TMF’s business e-mail is of vital importance and a high availability and reliability of e-mail is essential.

Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible to manage global enterprise messaging team to resolve and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global enterprise messaging BAU & projects to deliver a consistent, adequately performing reliable and cost-effective IT services to TMF Group business users;
  • Contribute actively and positively to the leadership team taking collective responsibility for success of all TMF objectives;
  • Assist in the development of the IT Strategy for TMF Group;
  • Ensure e-mail environment is safe, secure, healthy, load-balanced and ready for a disaster recovery at any time;
  • Keeping up to date with relevant technologies & Assisting projects that require e-mail involvement;
  • Implement RBAC for O365 PAM & Azure PIM for admin roles;
  • Enforce legal & compliance requirements for mailbox migration, retention & deletion;
  • SME for Mimecast Email Security, Cloud Archive & Mailbox continuity;
  • Mailbox migration from enterprise vault to exchange online & Mimecast;
  • Knowledge of Azure blob storage & ingestion of exchange data to office 365;
  • Working knowledge of MFO to enable sync & recover features;
  • Life cycle management, audit of public certificate & public IP, DNS records;
  • Skype for Business to MS Teams migration, licensing, user provisioning;
  • Exchange online/Enterprise email archival solutions implementation;
  • Decommissioning on premise exchange servers, TMG & enterprise vaults;
  • Grey listing domains based on top malware recipients;
  • Preparing dashboard for O365, exchange online, & service availability;
  • Planning, designing, integration and migration of mails during M&A;
  • In-depth knowledge of O365 stack & maintain Microsoft Secure Score.


Key requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Used to work within remote and international teams; aware of cultural differences;
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
