Job Purpose

TMF Group is undergoing operational transformation that includes the rollout of new digital technologies, introduction of RPA and creation of four ‘Regional Delivery Centres’ (RDCs). Our Centres will form part of the reshaped client delivery model. The RDC in Europe will provide resources to support delivery Teams in various TMF offices across Europe as well as centralised services to selected global Clients.

As part of our RDC programme, we are now looking for an experienced shared services/deliver centre leader to set up and manage our RDC in Europe.

Key responsibilities are:

  1. Establish the RDC as site and business structure, with the support from HR, Facility, IT, Finance
  2. Partner with Business Management teams in Europe and the Global RDC Programme to migrate work from various TMF locations into Katowice RDC; provide local leadership to ensure ongoing service delivery
  3. For relevant clients requiring 'centralised' services: build out the team, transition/onboard work and manage and improve the ongoing delivery of 'centralised' services from the RDC in Katowice
  4. Provide leadership, integration and people management to the RDC staff across all Teams and services provided
  5. Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of how we transition work to and operate services from RDC in Katowice
  6. Build awareness of the RDC Capabilities across the Europe Management Team and proactively champion the Katowice RDC and seek opportunities to further expand the scope which will benefit the business
  7. This role will report to the Head of Cross-Market Delivery.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in:

  1. Managing large (200+) teams providing direct client services from a delivery centre type environment
  2. Building new client facing delivery capabilities, from the ground up
  3. Transitioning work between locations
  4. Influencing C-Level stakeholders
  5. Driving improvements and innovation within a shared service environment
  6. Implementing enabling technologies
  7. Managing a portfolio of concurrent programmes and/or transitions

 

Qualifications

Preferred but not essential;

  • Project Management Cert.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
