KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary focus of the role will be:

  • Client reporting
  • Purchase / sale of investments
  • Making calls and distributions
  • Transfer / sale of units, shares, interests
  • Payments, Foreign Exchange
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping
  • Cash Management
  • Company secretarial
  • Professional liaison
  • KYC (Know Your Client Due Diligence)
  • TT transactions
  • Respond to client queries
  • Follow and complete checklists as and when carrying out work
  • Completion of timesheet on a daily basis
  • Filing of all completed work on the day of completion

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate Profile:

  • Obtained a qualification relevant to the Company Secretarial/administration of Private Equity Funds as well as Trusts and Companies
  • Recommended: ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance Administration, Certificate in International Financial Administration (Formerly known as the Guernsey Certificate in Offshore Administration and prior to this as the Guernsey Trust and Company Administration Certificate)
  • A Professional Qualification - ICSA
