About the role: The Client IT Security Support Specialist would support the Information Security Client Support Manager in maintaining an up to date list of Client Security requests, help populate and maintain a global FAQ for client IT security responses. Assist in chasing requirements and provide responses to requests. Assist in gathering evidence for client IT Security audits. With on the job training, be able to assist the manager in providing responses to standard client IT Security questionnaires, contractual documentation, and audit requirements. Assist the IT team in gathering important security information around TMF’s business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Client IT Security Support Administration

  • Maintain, up to date list of Client IT Security Support Requests
  • Maintain Global FAQ for client responses
  • Maintain IT Sales Support document library
    • Client documentation
    • Public Documents
    • Evidence stores
  • Liaise with IT team in gathering required security information around business applications.

Client IT Security Support Response

  • Respond to Client IT Security Support requests and maintain communication with requestors.
  • Respond to RFP and Existing client security review questionnaires
  • Review Client legal documentation relating to Information Security requirements
  • Attend internal and client facing meetings to discuss and re-enforce TMF’s position around Information Security
  • Gather evidence to support client audit/assessments

Candidate Profile

The Client IT Security Support Specialist need to possess strong technical and soft skills, as highlighted below:

  • Graduate with 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience in the area
  • RFP/Contractual Documentation and client support activities around IT/Technology and Information Security
  • Basic knowledge and understating of technology, network, database, firewalls, Endpoint security, network security and current tools/technology
  • Basic knowledge of common cloud services
  • Ability to understand security policies, procedures and security baselines 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with and communicate appropriately across junior to senior-level staff
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English. Knowledge of any other foreign language would be an added advantage
