Functions and Responsibilities


Establish and manage an accounting team that will provide services to our Global Clients from our Regional Delivery Center. Scope of services will cover: procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and may vary from client to Client.

Help build a high-performing, collaborative managed services team that can be scaled to support growth.

Coordinate the monthly close process, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial information, including the oversight of financial statement preparation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, variance analysis and other.

Function as a business partner to the customers, leadership team, operational leaders and key stakeholders across the Company.

Work with the business to establish service level agreements that clarify expectations and performance expectations for the shared services function – as well as related commitments needed from the business.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure managed services performance and use as a basis for identifying and managing improvement opportunities.

Support transformation of the way we delivery accounting services as TMF Group, including identification of activities that such Managed Services Team may perform more efficiently that in the current delivery model as well as drive the change of moving such activities into RDC.

Partner with IT to help optimize the use of technologies to support business processes and meet stakeholder needs.

Proactively identify and execute continuous process improvement initiatives.

Help drive use of automation in business processes including upstream activities that have an ultimate impact on finance.

Support strong controls environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and internal and external audit requirements.

This position will report to the RDC Site Leader and functionally to respective A&T Delivery Lead

Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills as this position has frequent contact with internal/external customers and stakeholders of different business units/countries.

Strong people management/leadership skills including mentoring, clarifying roles and responsibilities and fostering cross functional teamwork

Team player with the ability to manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment




Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience including at least 3 years of experience in a managed services leadership role with a history of service level improvements.


Proven experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity environment.

Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model will be advantage

Good mix of functional, process knowledge and technology

Ability and experience leading organizational,
process change and strong program management skills.

Relevant ERP class system experience (e.g. DAX, Workday Financials, SAP, etc)


Good knowledge of accounting, USGAAP, corporate practices; IFRS knowledge will be an asset

Good spoken and written English; other languages relevant to the specific RDC will be a plus


Prior work experience in process automation, project management, audit/tax, and managed services organization.
