OVERALL JOB PURPOSE                                                                                                               

TMF Group is committed to offering a world class service with a focus on specific client needs to deliver an optimal global solution.  A key part of TMF’s HRP Solutioning services for multi jurisdictional clients includes developing an effective solution for prospective clients in line with both our global offering and local country specific requirements.

This position requires a HR & Payroll professional experienced in HRP to play a senior role within Solutions to support our global sales force in framing our solution and then the wider business in ensuring a smooth transition to BAU.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES                                                                                                      

 •Provides professional support and input into developing global HRP solutions for prospective clients and guidance into the best approach to on-boarding those clients and deliver a world class on-going service.                                                                                             

•Manage organisationally complex work, mitigating risk from the start through on-boarding and into the start of BAU.                                                                                                

•Prior to commencing client engagement ensure current proposed solution and commercials are understood                                                                                                   

•Prior to commencing client engagement ensure timelines and reporting matrices are understood

•To take full responsibility for the  development of HRP solutions and liaison with both TMF & Client representatives including GST, Bid Support, project management resource, internal subject matter expert or technical resource, 3rd party suppliers, account team members and client stakeholders                                                                                              

•To interface with Strategic Partners or 3rd party suppliers, involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables                                                                                    

•To specify global templates in instances where client has no global templates or processes       

•Deliver a functional view of specifications (T&A, GL, HRIS) as part of the final Blueprint                    

•Produce appropriate & relevant global HRP Blueprint solution documentation as a final deliverable and to manage any interdependencies  arising                                                        

 •Ensure strict commercial diligence and manage deviations                                                      

 •Adhere to relevant escalation processes and support mitigation in respect of  resource issues, delays, missed deadlines and other planning issues                                                              

 •Act as an escalation point for Clients & the wider TMF business on global HRP solutioning matters.                                                                                                   

 •Provide input and guidance into determining the costs and deployment timelines for HRP solutions proposed.                                                                                                   

 •Effectively manage the stakeholders, incorporating all solutioning work-streams                                                                                             

 •Ensure communications relating to the evolution of a client solution are complete, current, and appropriately shared.                                                                                                  

 •Track, escalate and support the resolution of any solution or transition risks and issues as necessary.                                                                                                 

 •Monitor the  evolution of both solution and transition ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented                                                  

 •Review the outcomes of delivered HRP Global Solutions to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve future delivery in terms of cost, quality and customer satisfaction         

 •Share Knowledge & contribute to internal discussion forums with initiatives aimed at improving and promoting both the way TMF structures its HRP global offerings and the related global on-boarding process.                                                                                                 

 •Consult and finalise Blueprinting output with the client obtaining client sign off                                                                                                 


 •Will understand the financial implications of decisions on both the business area and Group 'bottom line.'

 •Has the ability to work remotely under self guidance                                                                

 •Can articulate and demonstrate the impact (financial, etc.) of their role and activities on the business area                                                                                               

 •Works in a consultative way with the client in achieving goals                                                   

 •May manage programmes, ensuring they are within budget                                                     

 •Able to Travel as required by the role confines                                                                        

 •Empowers people to take accountability and achieve results                                                    

 •Ability to both support and act as a conduit between our country teams and the client doing transition to support issue management and to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.     

•A full understanding of both business and information technology enablers and constraints. Has the ability to collaborate and to drive change in an international matrix environment                                                                                                     


KNOWLEDGE & TYPICAL EXPERIENCE                                                                               

 •Experience of managing, direct or matrix, the necessary resource to ensure an effective solution is designed and agreed for clients                                                                                        

 •Experience from working in the HRP client service environment is highly preferred         

 •Experience in IT coordination is essential!                                       

 •Commercial awareness with the ability to solve problems and develop solutions creatively and pragmatically whilst seeking guidance when necessary                                                                                     

 •Methodical and consultative approach in supporting our clients and local teams                       

 •Senior level of HRP experience and commercial understanding.                                                          

 •Proven experience and understanding of commercial contracts and SOW's and delivering transition projects in line with the obligations therein.
