ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Payroll Specialist, you will work as a part of HR & Payroll Team in Asker. Your goal will be to ensure timely and quality payroll preparation and calculation, as well daily deliverables of excellent services to a portfolio of assigned clients. 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain payroll computation for multiple clients and ensure a high standard of compliance and accuracy;
  • Prepare deliverables and ensure a high standard of compliance and accuracy to assigned clients according to client’s SOW;
  • Ensure collection of payroll processing documents and other input accounting and tax information in due time;
  • Check the input payroll input data documents for compliance with the local regulations and the contracts;
  • Proceed filing of the documents in accordance with the established filing system and maintain client’s files complete and in good order;
  • Provide support to other team members as-and-when needed in ensuring service excellence and on-time delivery to clients;
  • Meet established deadlines for each client;
  • Perform fieldwork if required, collect and prepare the file necessary for the obtaining documents required by TMF or client;
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation and inform superiors on the changes;
  • Review and check the accuracy of entered input data & output results – review deliverables to the clients;
  • Maintain good client relationships and attend to clients’ requests and queries professionally;
  • Liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities;
  • Check on a monthly basis the accuracy of processed information and preparation of supporting analyses of the accounts if requested;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data;
  • In addition to standard payroll administration service, also offer HR support services in a wide range of areas

 

ABOUT YOU

You have experience in payroll processing and you would like to take your career further by pursuing a role in a global environment?

Ideally, you meet the following hiring criteria:

  • A candidate with 2-4 years relevant work experience is preferred;
  • Resourceful, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Communicates effectively through written or verbal communication both in Norwegian and English;
  • Strong ability to plan ahead and organize the work;
  • Reliable and responsible and focuses on team goals;
  • Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills will be preferred.
