Manager - Corporate Finance & Internal Accounting

Responsibilities:
 
To lead and supervise internal finance & accounting team in order to ensure the local statutory and the company's reporting and accounting requirements are met on a timely basis (monthly & annual closing) by:
 
  • Ensure and prepare financial reports including weekly cashflow forecast, adhoc finance information and adhere to given deadlines
  • Computing taxes and prepare tax returns and tax reconciliation
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guides accounting staffs by coordinating finance activities
  • Managing operational cash flows, fixed assets, and intangible assets
  • Managing account receivables balance and collections from clients
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets usage & forecasts
  • Ensure financial data integrity – both books and records must meet local legal and tax requirements - WHT 21, 22, 4 (2) and  VAT
  • Creation and review of monthly financial reporting (Balance sheet, P/L Statements, Cash Flow)  supporting reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports as required by local management and regional
  • Collate and consolidate business and compliance reports
  • Coordinate and supervise the completion of annual financial audits (internal and external).
  • Ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures, and practices
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
  • Maintain good relationship with banking institutions and third parties
  • Ensure and prepare financial reports including weekly cash flow forecast, adhoc finance information and adhere to given deadlines

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years in-job related experiences 
  • Finance background in multinational service based company will be an advantage
  • Able to generate and analyse a full set of financial statements (both manually and through system)
  • Have excellent experience handling AR, AP, Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Cash Flow, Statutory Report, Audit & Tax
  • Have excellent knowledge of PSAK (Indonesia Accounting Standard) and Indonesia Tax Regulations
  • Have good knowledge of IFRS
  • Have experience of using MYOB accounting software and Viewpoint accounting software will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Ability to prioritise and multitasking
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
