Job purpose
The Learning & Development Intern is a perfect role for a graduate student who is passionate about people and organizational development. You will be part of the global Learning, Development and Engagement (LDE) department, reporting to the Business Academy Associate. As we continue to support the growth journey of both the TMF Group and the 9,000+ colleagues, there is an exciting opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a variety of L&D project and to understand our Business, and how we contribute to our internal clients and the business strategy as a whole.
As intern, you will be working for the Business Academy, which is our internal learning platform, by contributing to the different L&D projects, around topics such as Talent Development, Improving User Experience, Curriculum Building, and Internal Communication. In addition, this internship provides an opportunity to work on a master thesis or research topic if you would like to.

Key responsibilities
• Work closely with the global Business Academy Team
• Being involved in a variety of initiatives:
o Administering training planning, calendars, and systems
o Reporting and data visualization
o Working with regional stakeholders
o Opportunity to support and administer global projects
o Potential to be involved in design and delivery of learning
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

• Internship stipend: €500 per month

Your Profile
• Currently you are in College or University and majoring in any field
• You have excellent communication skills (working in English)
• You have knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• You have strong time management skills
• You are a very detail-oriented person
• You are able to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information
• You have a high cultural awareness and the ability to liaise with people internationally
• You are living in the Netherlands and either have an EU passport or a registration at a University for the full period of the internship
• You are available for an internship for 6 to 12 months
