About the role

In this job you will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provide HR & Payroll services. As the HR Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative related queries. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Preparation of employees certificates (any type of certificate);
  • Personnel files archiving(data collection, completion, contracts, addendums, personal informations);
  • Medical leave certificates (collection, verification);
  • Electronic register of employees (REVISAL) transmission.

 

About you

You have experience in undertaking HR administrative duties and you are keen to work with people and have good eye for detail.

Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other relevant field;
  • At least 6 months experience in similar positions;
  • Fluency in Romanian language is required. Good command of English is highly desirable;
  • Good computer literacy (especially EXCEL) and ability to work with payroll software (DP Payroll) would be a plus;
  • Organized and pro-active attitude;
  • Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback
