Key responsibilities: 

Plan and coordinate the activities that are carried out in the payroll line, distributing, coordinating and supervising the work carried out by the assistant(s) under their charge, ensuring excellent quality and opportunity in the service, achieving an excellent level of satisfaction and loyalty of the clients in charge, promoting teamwork to achieve the strategic objectives defined for the service line.

  • Receive and process the different internal and external requirements of the area.
  • Support the completion of the different forms related to payroll processes.
  • Achieve optimal knowledge about the management of the payroll application and the formats used for the documentation of the processes. It includes coordination with the work team that the physical and magnetic file of each client's information is properly maintained and preserved.
  • Review and deliver monthly to the billing area the movement of employee registrations and terminations according to the structure of the Head Count report.
  • Prepare reports and reports related to the payroll process.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the information it handles, as well as that of its work team.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional in accounting or related areas (Preferably with payroll training).
  • High command of Excel.
  • English level B1+
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and liquidating payroll, uploading news, reports to social security, calculations of withholding at source.
