About the Role

The objective is to design, develop, customize and administer BMC Helix CMDB and Discovery that align with Asset, Incident, Problem, Change, DWP and Knowledge Management. Creating and maintaining technical documentation with respect to system design. Exposure to recent Helix releases, implementations, and applications is must.

Key Accountabilities:

• Development and Customization of Helix CMDB v9, v19.8 and v20.
• Administration & Configuration of BMC ITSM – CMDB
• Helix Discovery Application Modelling
• Administration, Configuration and Customizations of BMC Helix Discovery
• Integration of CMDB with 3rd Party data sources using Web Services, REST APIs.
• Develop and implement customer value through development
• Minimizes the backlog and aging of support issues
• Troubleshoot BMC Helix Discovery and CMDB.
• Administration & Creation of Spoon Jobs

Key Capabilities:  

• 3+ years of experience with BMC Helix CMDB and Discovery Product and features
• Understands TMF Group’s business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organization is structured.
• Experience in Action Request System development
• Experience in Administration, Configuration and Customizations of BMC Helix Discovery
• Experience in BMC CMDB customizations
• Experience in BMC Helix discovery Administration, configuration and application modelling
• Experience in Integrating CMDB with multiple data sources
• Supports the up skilling of team through sharing of knowledge, best practice, and coaching
• Will share knowledge to ensure targets are met.
• Understands own motivation and impact of personal impact to optimize personal and team performance
• Communicates (verbally and through written work) information in a clear and concise manner
• Will manage stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery.
