About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our HR Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation and Integration of our Talent platform & other digital initiatives, which is a SaaS-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.  

This role demands a proactive individual capable of navigating complex project landscapes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. From the planning stages to rollout.  

The role holder should have a keen interest in working on HR Systems & associated technology. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage project governance to enable effective decision making and on time / on budget delivery. 

  • Provides and supports the implementation of technology driven business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifies business needs 

  • Build & maintain project plans to monitor progress and identify challenges. 

  • Create steerco packs to update stakeholders at operational and leadership levels. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. 

  • Work closely with the HR leadership and other stakeholders from HR. Operations to foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance. 

  • Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring the best practices are applied in .NET technologies, Python, and other relevant software development methodologies. 

  • Drive the development and optimization of our SaaS-based HCM platform, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience 

  • Identify project risks and dependencies early, devising mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project success. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. 

  • Advocate for and implement process improvements within the project lifecycle, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes. 

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in .NET technologies and API Integrations  

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions  

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) would be advantageous  

  • Minimum of to 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS environment.  

  • Experience deploying new applications to end users  

  • Experience of working across a matrix organization, with involvement of various Team Leads, technical resource as well as working with external vendors  

  • Proven experience in working with and managing 3rd party service agreements (TDA, SOW, Business case)  

Nice to have:  

  • Experience of working on implementation of HR Systems including Talent Acquisition Platforms  

  • Basic understanding of HR Processes
