As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains accuracy of payroll data;
- Processes payroll for German clients;
- Sets up new hires or employee transfers and compiles payroll data;
- Maintains statistical payroll information for use in decision making and expense control;
- Checks accuracy of employee time reporting;
- Taking part in payroll data transition project.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Administration. Candidates who have relevant working experience and proven track record are invited to apply as well;
- At least 2 years of experience in processing payroll end to end (German payroll is not a must, but will be considered as an asset);
- Ability to work with large volumes of information;
- Fluency in German;
- English B1+;
- Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills is preferred;
- Outgoing, friendly and a team player.
