Job purpose

We're growing our team and currently looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our HR team in Katowice.


Key responsibilities

  • Managing new joiners
  • Executing employee administration: employees’ files, input and output to/from payroll administration
  • Entering and administering data into HR and payroll systems
  • Delivering for timely and qualitative data input
  • Preparing reports for business purposes
  • Creating personal files archiving ordered HR and payroll documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures


Key requirements

  • At least 2 years as HR, preferably in multinational companies
  • Degree level education
  • Knowledge of Polish employment law
  • Striving for high standards of HR delivery
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Data driven approach
  • Results oriented in a matrix environment
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Enova, Płatnik
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
