About the Role
The Global Sales Operations team works closely with key stakeholders to foster productivity within the sales team, drive process improvement and influence sales growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Sales Performance Executive.
Responsibilities
• Supporting administration functions within CRM, including data updates
• Acting as liaison for CRM questions and queries from the sales team
• Reviewing contractual documents for accuracy and deal validations
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects
Key Requirements
• Experience working in a Sales Operations function or in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in an international team environment
• Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for daily and monthly deadlines
• Some flexibility to work with colleagues across different time zones when necessary
