About the role:
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will perform all functions related to the ERGANI system as well as the overview of the ISAE processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Responsible for the timely collection of all necessary information from the client;
- Responsible for accurate entry of source information into payroll software;
- Identify errors or missing documentation provided by the client;
- Submission of the relevant information/ documents to the ERGANI portal;
- Where applicable, arrange payment of clients’ payroll;
- Ensure all paperwork is filed on time and accurately with the relevant Greek authorities;
- Keep up to date with changes in ERGANI portal
- Work in compliance with all TMF procedures and related standards of work;
- Submit all output and reports for clients to Senior Payroll Specialist /HRP manager for approval prior to communicating with client;
- Assisting the Payroll Specialist in the day-to-day work for clients;
- Assisting the Payroll team with the ISAE processes and collection of the relevant evidences;
- Prepare draft responses to client questions.

Ideally, you are meeting the following hiring criteria:
• Business graduate;
• Any internship/prior experience in this area would be desirable;
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
• Good communication, problem solving and networking capability;
• Fluency in English language is desirable
