Discover the role

As a Technology Risk Program Manager, your primary goal is to oversee and coordinate all audit-related tasks to ensure efficient tracking, management, and completion. Your leadership and communication skills will make you stand out while you work closely with different teams to implement the audit recommendations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Global Technology Services and will be supported for growth by your manager and TMF Business Academy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Activity Oversight: Manage and oversee all audit activities across technology, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit calendar in collaboration with other audit parties, tracking upcoming audits, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation and evidence for audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests by those teams to the auditors. Facilitate communication between audit teams, internal stakeholders, and external auditors to address queries and resolve issues promptly, if needed.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of audit activities, identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues as necessary. Prepare regular reports and updates for the Head of Global Technology Services, summarizing audit status, findings, and remediation efforts.
  • Remediation Management: Work closely with relevant teams to develop action plans for addressing audit findings and recommendations. Monitor the implementation of remediation actions, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline audit processes and enhance efficiency through automation, standardization, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization's audit capabilities and minimize future risks.          
  • Staying up to date with industry trends: Program Manager must stay informed about new technologies and industry trends that may pose risks to the organization. This may include attending conferences, participating in industry groups, and reading industry publications.

 

About you

Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

  • 15+ years of experience in management, preferably in large organizations with complex technology environments and global teams
  • Strong understanding of audit processes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to analyze, present, and support the decision-making process using data
  • Proactive team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, including presenting in front of the C-suite
