Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center , whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Discover the role
The Delivery and LSO Officer will primarily prepare, gather, follow up and structure all documentation regarding the Delivery, LSO (Local Security Officer) role and Privacy Officer role for all Nordic countries. The Delivery role is the effort and work to keep up with our slogan – Flawless Service. LSO, Business Continuity Coordinator and Privacy Officer role is to keep TMF compliant with the ISO 27001 standard, GDPR and internal policies and local regulations. So, the successful candidate is required to prepare routine reporting on monthly, quarterly and annually basis, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Also a large portion of the role is to follow up tasks and deliveries from all our employees, also managers. This includes follow up and give support to all type of audits within TMF Nordics. Expected interaction is within own team, direct supervisor and other managers in the Nordics. The role also include contributing and document all recurring follow up in a scaled annual wheel.
Responsibilities
The tasks and responsibilities of the Delivery and LSO Officer include:
Conducting the report for monthly checks as required by the clean desk policy, preparing the monthly documentation on the checks and uploading it on SharePoint on the TMF Intranet page (the "SharePoint").
Conducting quarterly documentation for network folder access reviews and application access reviews, as well as any other necessary IT-related reviews, in cooperation with the local IT, and uploading the reviews on the SharePoint.
Organizing/preparing quarterly Management Reviews with the local management, discussing with the LSO the necessary steps to apply in the report any possible changes in the information security environment of the office and the respective service lines.
Preparing the Commitment Form in close cooperation with the LSO annually.
Keeping physical records of signed information security documents within the registered address of TMF in the Nordics.
Working in close cooperation with the LSO to ensure the compliance with ISO 27001:2013
Update our tool Onetrust for all GDPR related matters.
Prepare, coordinate and follow up and give support documentation to all audits.
Interview and collect information from many areas of the organization to follow up operational processes
Document process maps, ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Client manuals are in place and updated
Control and follow up of workflows in operational processes
Provide support to end users.
Key Requirements
Bachelor or University degree in Law or Administration field;
Any internship in this area would be desirable. Candidates who have experience in compliance and law filed are also welcomed to apply;
Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
Structured and accurate;
Pro-active attitude in promoting improvements and seeking clarifications
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Scandinavian languages will be considered as a plus.
