If you have an experience in Data Privacy area in an international environment join us as a Country Privacy Lead in our office in Warsaw or Katowice (hybrid model – 2/3).

Country Privacy Lead plays a significant role for both our entities - TMF Poland and RDC Katowice in terms of BAU (data privacy incidents handling) and data privacy projects execution. The CPL is part of the Global Privacy Team and has a (functional or managerial) reporting line to the Market Head of Legal.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management and handling local TMF Affiliates on protection of personal data, complaints from Data Subjects, reporting major privacy issues to Market Head of Legal, Group Director Legal and the Group Privacy Office
  • Enabling and assists the local TMF Affiliates with maintenance of compliance in accordance with the Controller BCRs, the Processor BCRs and other privacy/data protection policies, procedures and statements adopted at TMF Group and the applicable data protection laws that apply locally
  • Taking care of tasks assigned to it by virtue of the applicable data protection laws
  • Review of privacy clauses and data processing agreements in agreements (with clients, other TMF Affiliates and with external parties)
  • Responding to client’s data protection audits, RFP queries and other client’s requests
  • Perform a privacy vendor assessment and update the assessments periodically
  • Perform, review and advise about the data protection impact assessments
  • Handle supervisory authorities audits and requests
  • Manages locally the personal data breach handling process
  • Manage findings and remediation plan related to the BCR audits and self-assessments

 Ideally, you are meeting the following criteria:

  • 1-3 years of proven track in Data Privacy Protection area, preferably in multinational organization, matrix environment in Compliance, Data Protection, Risk Management
  • Advanced level of English
  • University degree - Law
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR rules, law regulations and best practices
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Cross-border data privacy transfer rules and regulations knowledge
