The Group Legal Assistant provides administrative support to the Group Legal department. The Group Legal Assistant reports directly to the Head of Legal – Corporate and Head of Legal – Business, who jointly head up the TMF Global Legal Function (Group Legal and Business Legal)

 Key responsibilities

• Keep track and handle all Group Legal communications and incoming mail.
• Arrange for documents/ letters to be signed by authorized persons.
• Be responsible for and handle the Group’s KYC requests
• Timely prepare and file financial statements
• Prepare letters, documents and the group’s structure chart
• Assist with completing and executing legal templates
• Be responsible for maintenance of digital corporate entity data
• Filing documents (e.g. with Chamber of Commerce).
• Keep the intranet landing page of Group Legal up to date. 

Your profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
• Experience in supporting a legal department a must.
• Knowledge of legal documents, e.g.  Power of Attorney / Non-Disclosure Agreements / Board and Shareholder’s resolutions.
• Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
