Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the opening and closing of bank accounts, including liaise with banks for all banking administrative matters
  • Data entry and provision of finance reports using Excel in regard to bank related information.
  • Supporting clients’ onboarding and continuous compliance program (excluding screening)
  • Review service agreements
  • Check suppliers’ invoices in respect of payroll software
  • Perform high level fact-check for service agreements, including liaising with client service team and business development team
  • Arranging for docusign/signatures and related follow-ups where necessary
  • Support in onsite, virtual, and hybrid events (client event and internal), assist in logistics, and at times facilitate engagement activities
  • Ensure department clean desk policy
  • Support for our payroll clients in administrative matters
  • Collect mails and send to relevant persons
  • Provide HR administrative support to our clients
  • Support other operational and administrative activities as required by the department managers

 

Key Requirements:

  • Organizational, event and administration skills
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive in resolving and following up on open issues
  • Team player
  • knowledge of Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills 
  • At least A level
  • At least 1 year experience is required
