Job Purpose 

Payroll officer will be responsible for processing payroll, reporting's, administrative tasks, social contributions, year-end tasks, under the supervision of a senior payroll administrator.

 

Key responsibilities

Process all payroll-related tasks assigned by the senior payroll administrator. Tasks includee (non-limitative list):

  • Create new joiners in the payroll software;
  • Complete administrative tasks related to new joiners;
  • Calculate leaver’s final payments according to the defined method;
  • Enter the payroll input in the payroll software;
  • Contact and assist clients;
  • Check the payroll reports;
  • To calculate social contributions and monthly, quarterly and annual surveys;
  • Administer tasks related to sickness;
  • Complete administrative tasks related to leavers;
  • Complete and update the payroll fund request processing tracker.
