To manage the client relationship and delivery of service to a portfolio of IPT clients, to have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of all client work across the portfolio of clients in line with internal and external deadlines and to a high standard in accordance with Regulations. Develop opportunities within existing Client base and assist with continuous improvement of the service line. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ensure the completion and submission of IPT returns, IPT registrations/de-registrations, and any other country specific reports
  • Ensure completion of on-boarding and registration/de-registration processes
  • Build a first-rate professional relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure that team deadlines are met in accordance with internal/external requirements
  • Provide technical support for filings, sales function and management, with respect to sales process, as and when required
  • Improve existing procedures and develop guidelines for return processing
  • Liaise with tax authorities on technical issues
  • Work with TMF Network offices or sub-contractors
  • Support and monitor performance of junior team members

 

 

Key Knowledge & experience

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Graduate in a relevant field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably a second language
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
