Job Purpose

As a KYC Compliance Officer, you are responsible for administering all aspects of TMF’s Investor / KYC Compliance service line. You plan, organize and control the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities for TMF KYC Compliance clients.  This means that you have a client facing role. You are part of the KYC Compliance team.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain client acceptance files for the purpose of Clients internal regulations and relevant (international) Supervisors.
  • Maintain policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
  • Periodically review of client entities.
  • Manage deadlines of audit tasks.
  • Execute monitor programs.
  • Maintain and update the SEO compliance database.
  • Audit of client entities (in respect of monitoring of entities).
  • First point of contact to KYC Compliance Clients.

     

    Your profile

  • Degree in (Dutch) Law or solid professional experience.
  • 3-5 years working experience preferably in financial services.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on Compliance, know your client issues and applicable regulations, AMLA, FATCA, CRS, WTT, WWFT and AIFMD.
  • Affinity with working with clients.
  • Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and database knowledge.
