JOB PURPOSE

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve. To achieve this, we are driving a strategic program to optimize our service delivery model which will require improvements to our technology. This includes ERP, Workflow tool and RPA implementation, operational processes changes and organizational construct.

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage multi-faceted projects and take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across the Miami region.

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

  • Lead a team of project and operational resources to implement new technologies, including ERP, Workflow tool and RPA, new processes, and internal controls
  • Manage complex, multi country projects which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints
  • Design & deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams
  • Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing Power BI knowledge (preferred)
  • Effectively manage program financials and benefit realization
  • Partner with the operational excellence team to embed Lean Visual Management and Capacity Planning

This role will be based in Miami and will report to the Operational Excellence Director.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects and operational resources to implement new technologies and processes

Manage complex, multi country programs which delivers within quality, time, and cost constraints

  • Lead and control the execution of the program through analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care, and benefits realization phases
  • Assess, plan, and supervise the projects related to new systems, workflow tool and RPA implementation.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage, program related risks
  • Embed quality review and governance in all activities

Design & deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams

  • Define and implement the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution
  • Coach, mentor and support other team members to enhance delivery performance

Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders

  • Establish effective reporting on program benefits, progress, risks and issues
  • Contribute to governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and Group Exco Members
  • Continuously measure and assess the effectiveness of the program

Effectively manage program financials and benefit realization

  • Establish clear and measurable program goals which improve business performance
  • Establish benefit tracking mechanisms which will be handed over to finance after program completion
  • Manage the program budget, including internal and 3rd party spend

Partner with the operational excellence team to embed Lean Visual Management and Capacity Planning 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 5+ years leading complex & multi-country programs, involving system, process or organizational change
  • 3+ years in Process redesign and Organization re-structuring
  • Communicating with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken English

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Business-related subject
  • Project Management qualifications or similar
  • Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen
