ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sub-regional Marketing Manager, you will lead on the development and execution of B2B multi-channel campaigns and programs driving brand awareness and lead generation for selected countries in Europe. Countries include but not limited to Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland.

You will own the marketing plan, play an important role in defining our go-to-market plan and design and execute integrated marketing activities for the assigned countries, focusing primarily on Funds, Capital Markets and Private Wealth and Family Office Services, however, engaging in activities for other practices: Accounting and Tax, Global Entity Management, Payroll and HR services as well.

You will work closely with other marketers and internal functional teams, sales and practice subject matter experts in our global network, helping to build well thought out campaigns reinforcing key messages and value propositions to the right target audience at the right time. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned marketer who is ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic organization, working with colleagues from around the world.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Create and communicate a clear set of objectives and priorities for marketing in the countries in close co-ordination with the country managing directors and business development.
  • Own the plan for all marketing activity in the countries, aligning it with the practice plans and the regional business plans.
  • Deliver and execute against the plan and set KPIs.
  • Manage priorities and clearly articulate these to key stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for the consistent delivery of targets in line with business expectations by working closely with central marketing teams and practices to build campaigns and activity that will support sales and operational plans.
  • Manage regional budgets and costs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group and its clients.
  • Be expected to drive and foster a culture that emphasises continuous improvement, and efficiency.
  • Build a strong network of collaborative relationships and partnerships across TMF Group (sales teams, practices, senior management) and industry to help achieve TMF objectives.

 

 

ABOUT YOU

You are an enthusiastic and solution oriented professional, and you have experience within B2B marketing. You also possess excellent knowledge in design and executing marketing plans coupled with exemplary people skills. Integrity, team spirit and influencing skills are highly valued attributes.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline
  • Between 6-10 years relevant marketing work experience in a B2B services industry
  • Experience in campaign management across the full marketing spectrum
  • Strong project management skills; track record of delivering projects to objectives, on budget, on message, on time and to high quality standards
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders across different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Possess ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Willingness to be flexible to changing business priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Familiarity with Marketo, CRM systems.
  • Experience in the professional services market would be beneficial
