Key responsibilities: 

  • Support the team in the creation and maintenance of Client and Employee data in the Payroll System which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
  • Performs daily work with medium complexity, payroll registers such as Client and employee registrations into Spanish Authorities, data entrance in payroll system, preparation of local pension filing, support in employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.), HR related matters etc.
  • Perform statutory submissions
  • Perform banking/payroll fund requests, monitor banking deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Perform bank reconciliation. Assist with the registration of users in Bank Accounts.
  • Adherence to ISAE 3402 / ISO 27001 standards
  • Assists in the startup, if requested, and manage the administration for new clients.
  • Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Technician, Technologist or student of at least 5th semester in accounting or related areas (Preferably with payroll training).
  • High command of Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing and liquidating payroll, uploading news, reports to social security, calculations of withholding at source.
