As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid.

Job purpose

Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to support our HR & Payroll Global Delivery Team to perform a variety of payroll coordination activities under minimum supervision. The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate review and processing of Client global payroll. Acting on this independent role you will perform a variety of coordination, control and validation activities for various size locations and teams, including Client Service Manager and local offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with TMF network of global offices to coordinate Client payroll delivery in EMEA region and worldwide;
  • Quality control, verification and consolidation of payroll input data provided by the Client;
  • Regular communication with the Client, and clarification of monthly input data in case inconsistency spotted;
  • Validation of local payroll results in terms of data variances and input data consideration in payroll run: month to month comparison, analyzing of variances above agreed thresholds, preparing explanation to the Client and/or seeking additional confirmation with the local office;
  • Monthly payroll results reporting to the Client in accordance with the agreement;
  • Processing and coordination of monthly payments, and bank accounts reconciliation;
  • Updating process documentation, issue logs and monthly volumetric (headcount) data for coordinated locations;
  • Liaising with TMF local teams to answer Client’s employees’ queries, validation of received answers before sharing them with the Client (exhaustiveness and clarity);
  • Assistance with Client’s ad-hoc projects.

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Law, Mathematics or related).
  • 3+ years of previous experience in global or local payroll area.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Efficient with MS Office: MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Fast learner and versatile individual with strong coordination, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize time critical tasks and adhere to strict payroll deadlines.
  • Excellent internal & external customer service skills.
  • Ability to have strong working relationships with all relevant parties such as Client, TMF Global Teams, TMF Local Office Teams and third party providers.
  • Attention to detail.
