About the Role

The Senior Principal - Digital Platform Support is a key member Digital Platform Support team. The person is responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of technical support engineers to provide excellent customer service and technical support across the digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the engineering, operations, and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues and will ensure that the technical support team is providing timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • For ensuring that the team is well-trained and equipped to handle a wide range of platform related service issues.

 

Senior Principal - Digital Platform Support will:

  • Be responsible for Level 2 Technical Support for key digital client platforms and other related elements integrated with digital client platforms
  • Driving improvements in the quality of service and cost of service related to this, including bringing together, managing, and evolving a team to achieve those objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers
  • Develop and implement technical support policies and procedures
  • Monitor and track technical support team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensure that technical support team is providing timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Network and Global IT infrastructures is essential. Experience with DevOps on AWS Cloud services is also required.

  • To lead a team effectively, a strong command of EC2, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, ECS, EKS, ECR, Kubernetes, AWS Aurora, RDS, S3, AWS Backups, AWS CloudWatch, CloudFront, Elasticsearch, and SQS is necessary.
