About the Role

Main responsibilities of the Executive /Senior Executive ( HRIS - System configuration ) are to ensure that all support issues are promptly resolved and to ensure the continued health and accuracy of the HR data across all HR systems via full use of audit and data quality reports. Provide support via shared mailbox and chat, manage assigned system administration tasks, develop, and provide regular and ad-hoq reports. The role holder will be expected to carry out independently data input/check /data cleanse work across all HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of new case HR system (Helix)
  • Driving independently established daily/weekly/monthly HR data checks
  • Collaborate with HR users for correction with follow up to ensure identified data fixes are carried out
  • Support data entry within all HR systems (SAGE, Page Up, Culture Amp etc)
  • Support mass updates using SAGE and Salesforce data loader, conduct checks after to ensure data is uploaded as per agreed approvals
  • Manage regular and ad-hoq reporting
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS users
  • Carrying out ongoing data cleanse and improvement as required
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
  • Support system features implementation, doing basic SAGE configurations supervised by senior team members
  • Participate in projects for HR process improvements
  • Supporting annual HR calendar process and special project activity as required
  • Continuing to grow and develop knowledge of HR systems used in HR

Key requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in HR or experience in Data management and Analysis
  • 1+ year of previous experience in using HR systems
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, -PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management required
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • May take accountability for delivery and drives results for a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), presentation, and networking skills.

  • Educate the end user community in the use of applications and associated processes, undertakes data analysis, and may help with system configuration
  • Generate ideas for improvement based on learning and experience
  • Ask relevant questions to improve business awareness/ knowledge
  • Work under direct supervision and work will be allocated and reviewed
  • Be aware of productivity within the team and continually pushes for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR user base across the Group
  • Communicate (verbally and through written work) information in a clear and concise manner.
