Job Purpose:

This job is to perform trustee roles in fund operation and fund compliance accordance to the Trust Deed, SC guidelines and fund services procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative matters and transaction activities for investment portfolios.
• Responsible for processing trade settlements and payments for unit trust funds.
• Monitor account balance and ensure sufficient cash available for trade settlement and payments.
• Responsible to input transactions in fund accounting system.
• Provide support to team members to ensure service excellence and on time delivery to clients
• Liaising with local and foreign custodian banks, fund managers, tax agent and auditor at operational level.
• Manage ad-hoc assignments when required and handle client enquiries and resolving problems on timely manner.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/ Professional Certificate in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably with working experience in fund management company or trustees company
• Candidate with accounting knowledge and experience is an added advantage
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, independent and ability to adapt to an ever-changing priorities.
