Job Purpose:
The HR & Payroll Supervisor performs activities related to payroll service providing for clients. The HR&P Supervisor supports the company to achieve the company goals, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards.
He/she will be responsible for supporting and guiding the team, delighting our clients, as well as optimizing processes and systems supporting the growth. As a Supervisor she/he will also recruit, train, coach, monitor and organize the work and evaluate the performance of their team managers.
Key Responsibility:
Client-relationship role :
Provide leadership in customer relations;
Ensure any type of communication (telephone, e-mail, mail) in a perfect way in terms of responsiveness and reliability with the customer and the organizations
Conducting meetings and conference calls with clients
Team supervision :
Shares any valuable information concerning his/her team members (issues, escalations, absences of any kind, holidays…).
Time management: checks accuracy of employee time reporting and workload (timesheet).
Manage, lead, and evaluate his/her team members,
Share knowledge and payroll techniques to the team : train them according to the company principles and regulatory rules
Participate in the selection of joiners, welcome them, train them, and guide them;
Production :
Acting as back-up for the salary productions
Perform all recurring and unusual work on a file, compliance with the collective agreement, updating as labour law evolves;
Job specific requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm
Excellent oral and written French and English skills Experience in managing a client portfolio
Strong knowledge of payroll techniques
Knowledge of Silae - payroll softwareSense of responsibility: take responsibility for the quality of the service performed by the entire team
Listening skills: listening to your team in order to create a relationship of trust and create total transparency in the management of problems
