Job Purpose:

The Project Manager has a key role within sales operations helping to deliver a number of sales force effectiveness initiatives (Upsell/Cross Sell/ CRM implementation, improved pipeline management amongst others.) The Project Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a number of these projects. The role will report to Global Head of Sales Operations, and will work closely with the Regional Directors of Business Development and the salesforce.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the successful completion of projects within an agreed timeframe
  • Meet the project requirements and hit agreed milestones/deadlines
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, and work with them to identify an optimal approach and outcome
  • Take a hands-on approach to manage project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage project governance and involve stakeholders in the decision-making process
  • Prepare reports and presentations to Steering Committees as appropriate
  • Identify and coordinate overlaps and interdependencies, risks and issues
  • Monitor costs spent against budget



Key Requirements:


  • Solid relevant work experience, ideally in financial services, it services or other complex sales environment
  • Familiarity with Dynamics or similar CRM tool would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements
  • Experience in establishing new operational processes and behaviors through effective change management
  • Experience in running projects autonomously; managing effective plans, governance and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with people of all levels of seniority
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and team player
  • Excellent problem solving and numerical skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build robust business cases
  • International background and willingness to travel
