Key Responsibilities:
Drive specific projects
Structures the problem and identifies the root cause of the issue being addresses
Identifies the key people in TMF to involve in order to define a solution
Is able to synthesize the learning along the process and documents the solution to communicate it to the relevant people in the organisation
Identifies and creates project deliverables including; business cases, milestones, KPIs, plans, project interdependencies, risks/issues, resource requirements, roles and responsibilities, governance and budgets
Works with the Regional teams and Change Agents to define the roadmap for implementation (when applicable) and supports in the execution of the project
Be involved in consulting internal work on an ad-hoc basis
Performs diagnostics of diverse business challenges; identifies the root-cause of the problem, defines the plan to address the situation and provides support in the implementation of the plan
Performs large and complex analyses and supports colleagues in the development of analytical work
Identifies and creates project deliverables; business cases, KPIs, plans, governance, budgets, etc
Project Management and Operational Focus
Focuses on standardizing all activities within the scope of work
Works with strict project management standards (i.e., in project definition and in execution)
Instils a culture of Continuous Improvement in the department
Implants a strong Performance Management culture within his teams, defining clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback to team members and linking performance with incentives
Key Requirements:
Communication skills: ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally
Self-organization / time management: has the ability to organize and execute tasks within a specific timeframe; has the ability to deliver outstanding work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload; pays attention to detail and delivers high quality work products
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a relevant environment including experience at senior management level at background as Project Manager
Ability to collaborate and to drive change in an international matrix environment. Business transformation is critical to the business success and is fundamental to the success of this role.
Flexible and thrive in fluid environments, without the need for rigid structure.
Experience of working in an international organization across a broad set of cultures and business practices.

Professional Backgrounds:
Consulting background with hands-on project experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Flexibility to travel (25% travel time expected)
Proficient with Microsoft suite
