About the role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of company structure and incorporation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. This role requires a high level of collaboration and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Present and explain Saudi laws and regulations for expanding or starting their business in KSA to clients. Advise on suitable legal forms, required ISIC activities, licenses and additional approvals based on the business practice, alternative corporate solutions, compliance and requirements.
  2. Manage client’s company incorporation, corporate secretarial and            implementation and operations, including company formation, government registration, and additional approvals and licenses; This should include:
  • Interact with the GEM team in the incorporation process, including supervising and managing the practical implementation with government authorities; prepare solid templates for all required bylaws, resolutions, POAs, and other legal documents in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations; and review and supervise all issued government records and bylaws.
  • Completing standard legal procedures for directorships, shareholders, entity names and registered addresses
  • Coordinating with Client Relation Managers in performing the projects, maintaining periodic reports to the clients, and maintaining updated and efficient bookkeeping system.
  • Liaising with the Government Relation Deveopment team, employees’ affairs, GOSI team, and PRO teams for the on-ground implementation within the SLA agreed upon with the client and working on periodic enhancements and developments to maintain high-quality standards. 
  1. Empower and lead the associate team in conducting the required research on new industries and business lines in KSA to enhance the scope of services provided by TMF enclosing new services, zones, and business fields.


Ideally, you meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience in advising company incorporation in Saudi Arabia 
  • Knowledge of government laws and regulations
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Educational background in law
