About the role
As a trainee in the KYC department you’ll be supporting the team in all administrative tasks, including basic processes, to provide TMF's clients with an efficient, professional and high-quality service in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll also get the opportunity to learn from colleagues and gain an in-depth understanding of the KYC reviews and procedures including best practice as well as understanding the wider TMF business and, developing transferrable skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the KYC team in processing client compliance reviews, screenings and related tasks
Coordinate and/or prepare documentation, such as the Client review forms, required under instruction and within set deadlines
Assist with the co-ordination and preparation, e.g.: filing of documentation and overviews, send e-mails, check and update/fill data in TMF's (KYC) systems.
Prepare client work as delegated, following processes and quality/ risk management procedures
Performing basic tasks in compliance with Client's policies, data protection and control risk
Responsible for meeting the indicated deadlines for each allocated client task;
Uses TMF's (KYC) software effectively
Maintain relevant databases, client records and other tracking tools as required
Participates in projects when required to do so.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably expected for the role
About you
Pursuing Bachelor's or a Master's a degree in Law, Accounting, International business, Project management and similar fields of studies.
Experience of or ability and willingness to learn to use TMF's (KYC) systems and to learn to prepare and complete KYC reviews
Fluency in English (and Dutch) is essential
Able to articulate and communicate with clients in a concise and professional manner
Understanding of the role and responsibilities that come with it
