Job purpose

The HRP Assistant will be part of the Payroll Team from our office in Katowice and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies. The HRP Specialist will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated and liaise with the team and manager concerning their allocated clients.

Key responsibilities

• Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
• Maintains employee’s information in the payroll software in a timely manner;
• Manage time and attendance data input in the payroll software in a timely manner;
• Processing of monthly payroll
• Execution of set of checks and validation before final version in a timely manner;
• Execute payments through different channels;
• Generating the set of monthly /annual reports for each client;
• Manage the TMF portal or other IT tools to exchange input/output information.

Key Requirements

• Good  Italian skills (B1 – B2);
• Good English skills (B1 – B2);
• Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar role;
• Understanding of Pension Systems;
• Good communication skills.
