We are looking for a Operational Excellence Sr. Analyst to support the operations and Service lines within the organization, through continuous improvement methodologies, analysis, project managing and implementation,reducing cost and increasing revenue for the Business, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and lead the operation to their optimal operational excellency; lean, agile, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design continuous improvement strategies and tools for the different teams in the company, through the use of resources provided by the organization.
  • Research and propose digital tools that can generate value for the organization.
  • Provide support to the different teams of the organization to provide training and support in continuous improvement tools.
  • Track the use of continuous improvement strategies and tools.
  • Define strategies to meet continuous improvement objectives within the market.
  • Participate in activities corresponding to the continuous improvement of processes, and definition of KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in activities of the organization's processes

Key requirements:

  • Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process development, continuous improvement, agile methodologies and automation development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx Designer and Lean Six-Sigma is desirable.
  • Advanced English level: speaking, listening and writing.
