Regional Marketing Specialist (North America & Latam)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented Regional Marketing Specialist to join our global team. You will play a key role in planning and executing successful marketing initiatives across North and Latin America.  

This role focuses primarily on the North American market, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Lead, North America, with collaboration on Latam and cross-regional projects.  

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to plan and execute impactful TMF-owned, partnered, and sponsored events (conferences) to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue sourcing to promotion and registration.
  • Develop or collaborate with design and other marketing operations teams on creating event landing pages, email invitations, event branding and social media posts.
  • Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media (paid and organic LinkedIn), email and website content.
  • Contribute to ongoing marketing activities and annual planning processes.  
  • Foster strong relationship with the sales team members, involved into marketing activities, to ensure alignment.  

Key requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing work experience, B2B services industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing and measuring the impact of marketing events.  
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, MailChimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and hands on experience in managing webinars would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in working with the stakeholders across the organizational levels and countries.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • University degree preferred.
